Who we are

Reply Right ("we", "us") provides guest feedback and review response services in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and for the enquiries we receive. You can reach us at replyright@respondreviews.uk.

What we collect

  • Contact details you send us: name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Business information: listing links, review volumes and plan preference.
  • Anything else you choose to include in your message to us.

Our contact form does not store data on this website. It opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, so the information reaches us only when you send that email.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To deliver the service you buy, including drafting and posting review responses — performance of a contract.
  • To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email and website hosting providers, and with review platforms (Google and Tripadvisor) where posting a reply requires it. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become accounts are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the contract and for six years afterwards where required for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the site may be used.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
